Returns or Exchange Policies

Sometimes mistakes can happen and you want to know if you can return your products.

We understand that shipping mistakes may happen like damaged products during shipping and you need to know how you can return the product or exchange it.    

Before we get into the details of the return process we want to Thank You for your purchase and we will do everything in our power to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.  

Return Policy:

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price.  This means ONLY QUALIFIED, UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCTS that are in original packaging may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges).   You must contact us by CLICKING HERE before you can process a return.

Damaged Shipping Items:

If you received a packaged and the product is damaged, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order to receive a replacement/exchange or refund.   We will require photos of the damaged shipping box and products in order to process a return or exchange.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchange are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available.  If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.  You must contact us by CLICKING HERE before you can process a return.

Exchange Policy:

You may be able to expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.  In order to expedite the exchange, please place a new order, and send us a new invoice number to process the exchange.  The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s) (EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES).  Please check with the customer service agent before placing the new order for the exchange.   You must contact us by CLICKING HERE before you process an exchange.

How to request a return/exchange/refund:

1. Before process a return/exchange you must contact us by CLICKING HERE to verify that your item is available for return before taking any other steps.  We will get back to you with details on how to take the next steps.

2.  If the product is damaged during shipping you must take a photo(s) of the damaged box and the damaged product(s).  You can upload the image by CLICKING HERE.

3. After you hear back from the returns department you can repackage the items including all original products, packing materials, instructions, etc.  Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. 

Poor repacking or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund.

Do NOT send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit. Only padded envelopes or box are required and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Flat Rate Priority Mail

4. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item or if you prefer to have a replacement sent back to you.

5. For defective returns, you will be issued a pre-paid return label. For non-defective returns, you will need to send the package back to the address which will be emailed to you.  

6. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.

7. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. 

Please be advised that usually, refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated.  It can take another 3 to 7 days for the credit to be processed on your credit card.  Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
